How we prove results
A result counts only when it can be shown: the method, the evidence behind each figure, and the person who approved it.
How we prove results
- Method firstEvery engagement starts from a written method: the standard it follows, the boundary, the period and how each figure will be calculated. The method is agreed before the work begins.
- Traceable figuresEach figure links to its evidence (the reading, invoice or document it came from) and to the approved, versioned method that produced it, so anyone can follow it back.
- People approveAI drafts and proposes; a named person approves each result before it counts, and the approval is recorded.
- Measured, not estimatedAn outcome is reported only when it is measured or verified, with its method, period and status. A saving is never promised before it is measured.
- Independent where it mattersGH never verifies its own carbon or ESG reports. Where verification or certification is required, an accredited body gives it.
- Published with permissionA case study is published only with the client's written approval, anonymised unless the client asks to be named.
Case studies
Each case shows the sector, the type and size of organisation, the region, the work, GH’s role and the outcomes with their method, period and status, never the client’s name unless the client asks.
Case studies will be published with client approval.
No client has approved a case study for publication yet. Until then we show none: no example, no testimonial and no figure we cannot prove.
A first engagement usually starts with the Sustainability Maturity Assessment™: a scored diagnostic, a gap register, a prioritised roadmap and a board summary.
